How to Find Applied Candidates
- Open a job and click on the shortlist where your candidates are “missing” all you will need to do is click on the “Groups”
- Once you have clicked on the groups button check the “Applied” column and then click “Go.”
- Now you will have a new column appear in your shortlist labeled “Applied” and if you have any candidates that have applied through your website that aren’t appearing, they will appear here.
