How to Bulk Update Records

  1. Start with a list view of records you would like to update. Select the Records you would like to update by clicking the “Check Box” on the left side of the Record Name.

  1. Once you have selected the Records you would like to update, go to the top of your list view and click the lightening bolt “Action” drop down button. In the drop down menu that appears click “Bulk Update.”

  1. In the pop up menu, choose what you would like to update and what you would like to update it to. Then click the blue “Apply” button in the bottom right corner.
