How to Create a Custom Field

  1. Please note to be able to create a custom field you will need to be on the management or admin team to access this. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner and click on “Tools and Settings.”

  1. You will then want to select the custom fields box and click on “Get Started.”

  1. Once you are on the custom field page you will want to find the section that say’s “Custom Fields.” After you find this section you will want to select from both drop down menus which record type and which custom field block you are adding this custom field to.  

  1. Next you will want to click on that green plus button that says “+ Custom Field” to name and create your new custom field.

  1. After you have entered in those custom field details and then will want to click on “Ok.”

  1. You will now see this new custom field listed in that custom fields list. Scroll up to the top of that page and click on “Save Settings” and now this custom field will be listed in that record type and custom field block that you chose in your Tracker database.
