How to Log an Activity from a Company Record
Enter the company record and click the blue 3 lined button in the upper right hand corner. This is your “Action Menu” button. A drop down menu will appear, click “Log an Activity”. A list of all Actionable items will appear, choose which item you would like to Log.
You will see that the subject was auto populated. The date and time will be scheduled for whenever you opened to Log the Activity. This can be changed by clicking in to enter the date and time. In this section you can also add in any notes about the Activity.
You will also see any Records that this Activity is associated with. Since we created this from a Company Record, it will be automatically filled in. You can choose to enter in Contacts or Candidates if you would like them to be associated with this Activity as well. Once you are satisfied with the details of the Activity, click to blue “Ok” button.
To view all the Activities you have logged within this Company Record, click on the “History & Activities” tab on the left hand side menu.
