How to Log an Activity in a Contact Record
Enter into the Contact Record that you would like to Log an Activity. In the upper right hand corner, click the blue 3 lined button, labeled “Action Menu”. From the Menu that appears, click “Log an Activity” and click the Activity you would like to Log for this Contact.
A pop up window will appear for the Activity. You will notice the subject has been filled in. The Date and Time was auto populated for the time you opened the Activity but you can change it by clicking on it and selecting a different date. You will also notice that the Contact you created the Activity from is automatically associated on the Activity as well as the Company that is associated with the Contact.
