How to Merge Records
To Merge a Record, go to the list view of all your records, and click the “Check Box” on the left side of both the records you would like to Merge.
After you have clicked the “Check Box” buttons, go to the top of your list view and click the lightening bolt “Action” button. From the drop down menu that appears click the third option down “Merge.”
A pop up menu will appear asking you to choose the Record you would like to Merge to. Generally, you will want to merge to the lower number Record because it was the Record that was created first. Once you have selected the record, click “Merge.”
