Set Candidate Credentials and Settings for the Candidate Portal

1. Click Into the Candidate Record

  • Once in the candidate record find the Candidate Portal Information
  • In this demo example ours is located in the Back Office tab, since Tracker is customizable yours may be located or named elsewhere in your database

2. Add the Candidate's Credentials

  • Add a Username, and Password for the candidate

  • On the right side of the screen select what access you would like to grant the candidate
  • Enter Timesheets 
  • Enter Expenses
  • Submit Approvals
  • View Online Documents
  • Authorize Timesheets (usually set up for a contact, not a candidate)
  • Absence Times 

  • Make sure to hit 'Save' before leaving the screen!
