Send an Individual Email

  1. To send an individual email, open the appropriate record of who you would like to send an email. In the upper right hand corner you will see 3 blue lines, this is your “Action Menu” button. Click the “Action Menu” button to expand the Action Menu and see all actionable items. Then click “Send an Email.”

  1. An Email pop up window will appear. You will see that the “To” and “From” fields have been automatically populated. Here you will enter a “Subject” line and build out the body of the email. You can also choose a previous Email Template, located to the right of the “Subject” line.

  1. At the bottom of the email template, you will be able to add any attachments by clicking the blue “Plus Sign” button on the far right.

  1. You may also add any additional associations by typing the association in the section under where you add Attachments. The associations will be based off the screen you choose.

  1. You can also add any additional workflows such as Reminders and Updates at the bottom of your email window. Once you are satisfied with your email, click the blue “Send” button in the bottom right hand corner.
